Malvern World Travel was named the 2025 Worldchoice Plus Member of the Year at The Travel Network Group’s conference held in Bucharest, Romania.
The conference, titled Winning Hearts, Creating Journeys, ran from June 14 to June 17 at the JW Marriott Hotel.
The event included talks from notable speakers, including Lord Sebastian Coe and Ryan Parke, known as The Men’s Coach.
Attendees also enjoyed a city tour of Bucharest and a trip to Casa Ceausescu, the mansion of the former Romanian dictator.
The grand finale was a gala dinner and awards ceremony at the Palace of Parliament, known as the heaviest building in the world.
The Malvern World Travel team were thrilled to win the prestigious award.
Gary Lewis, The Travel Network Group’s chief executive officer, said: “Their story began back in the 1980s as young holiday reps in Corfu and Kos, where their love for travel first took root.
“From those early days, they went on to build a high street business, and when the time came to adapt, they transitioned to working from home in 2011 – always staying true to the values of personal service, care and trust that have earned them such loyal, long-standing relationships with their clients.
“For me, having known them personally for many years and shared parts of their journey through the Travel Trust Association and now as Worldchoice Plus members, it’s been incredibly special to watch their resilience, passion and commitment shine through at every stage.”
